I have suffered with travel sickness on planes for 20 years. My travel sickness was that bad that I would always throw up even after taking a tablet!!! Does help with nausea but small fitting and can only wear for a few hours at a time. When it arrived I noticed on the packaging that you’re supposed to wear one on each wrist but only one is supplied. I have been only wearing the one as I didn’t want to order another in case it wasn’t any good but definitely helping with my nausea. Would order again although I would recommend that anyone purchasing is mindful of the size.

I got these to help with morning sickness. It actually helped a tiny bit to start with but I think for mild nausea like car trips these could be great. But not much not even prescription tablets helped me so I would always recommend anyone to try it!
