    Just what I asked for ...

    Great product. It's very easy to check where You stand regarding your health . Initially I was shocked to see that despite my 'healthy' diet, I woke up with a urine ph reading of about 5.5 ! Since then I drink alkalizing teas, water with lemon juice from a whole lemon in it and just before bed a tea spoon of sodium bicarbonate diluted in a glass of water . Now my average reading in the morning is approx 7.5 !

    Easy to do and easy to read

    The readings from these ph strips are very interesting. I think I'm at the normal reading now - urine 7 - saliva 7.25. As I have such health problems I need to do regular checks and will buy again. Easy to do and easy to read.

    Interesting result.

    Early days but the strips indicated I need to amend my diet due to a high acid level. This is confirmed by the fact my GP diagnosed high acid as the cause of a persistent cough I have had for several years.
