Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Save on Batteries
If you need a battery to get you through a short photoshoot, then by all means get one of these to save a bunch of money as opposed to Canons OEM version. However, even though they advertise a much higher 2800mAh than Canon's 1800mAh, they don't last even HALF as long as the Canon OEM battery. They die fast.

I wouldn't recommend buying this battery or other Insten products which I found out to be an uncontactable OEM maker, my battery was shipped on 08/12/2016 and then briefly tested to be OK in camera, went for an event 2 weeks ago it worked fine and then just 5 days ago I recharged it and after that found out the camera can't read it anymore, but then came another event last night and somehow I continue to use it up to see if itt is rechargable again or not and found it it is now totally defunct and unchargable anymore, I know we get what we paid for but it shouldn't be this bad.

This battery is definitely not a good match for Canon cameras. Only one out of three batteries were recognized by the camera. The One battery the camera could read would discharge 50% in one day with no photos being taken and the cameras shut off. Probably would go for a little higher priced battery

I would have preferred it to be the LP-E6N battery. The R series cameras get a performance bump with the N style battery. Most people are not aware of this. The N should be removed from the listing. Otherwise the LP-E6 battery works fine

The battery works great. Longer life than the old one.
