Activation does not work, so contact Adobe customer service and explain that not having activation servers, automated telephone lines or customer support capabilities is probably professional negligence and constitutes malpractice. Don't accept subscription. Have them elevate the case. When they finally say there's nothing they can do, tell them you'll have a lawyer contact their corporate offices. They corrected 2 days later.

    The seller was attentive to buyer and tried to fulfil my request, by using some extra bubble wraps on the parcel. Despite of the effort, the bubble wraps did not seem to help much, the box was pinched during the shipping process and ruptures can be seen on the box, I am kind of disheartened, as I am buying this for my dad's collection. This box is getting scarce nowadays.

    Great Product at Great Price!

    Full version of Microsoft Office at an unbeatable price. I mostly use Word but it has all the other programs like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. It works on my desktop running Windows 7 and also my Notebook running Windows 10. It is easy to install and I am not a computer geek or anything so I guess anyone can do it.

    Crap Software

    Either the disks were old or improperly stored. My brand new HP optical drive could not install the first or second disk. I thought it was going to burn up. I had to make a mirror copy to a flash drive to install the first disk. It was impossible to mirror the second disk, it simply was black when attempted. I expect installs to work, not destroy hardware.

    Good office product

    I can do pretty anything I need to do with this software for office type work; and I don't need to buy more monthly updates. Microsoft put a lot effort into excel and I don't see how it could be improved enough to justify paying a monthly fee.

    Great buy!

    For me this was a difficult install as I had no experience with .rar files. Once I found a good(read easy) unzip program I figured it out and successfully installed in no time . Also new to Windows 10 which didn’t help.. thank you.
