The item was not delivered it was dumped outside, exposed to the elements. No attempt to knock on the door or ring the doorbell & until an eBay message not one from the courier stated that the item had been delivered I had no idea it had been dumped. I then went in search for the item & found it very easily os it was out in the open accessible & in clear view of anyone passing by.
