It's the courier (FedEx - probably subcontracted) - they lie - saying the customer is not in - I waited all day, and then a second day - that is really expensive time off work. The photo they showed was of a row of houses in a village three miles away. So full marks to Charles Watson for prompt dispatch and good value - just get a refund for the delivery. They are fooling you.
