We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
 
Payment terms are cash, paypal, credit/debit cards and cheque (subject to guarantee or clearance)
 
Title of the goods remains with KMS until payment is made in full.
 
Delivery prices are quoted for mainland UK only – Certain areas of the highlands, Northern Scotland, Ireland and the Chanel Islands may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.

To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 30 days starting from the day after you receive your order.
 
 
 
You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

The high chair arrived within 24 hours. Communication was excellent especially as I had made a mistake with the delivery address, the seller immediately put it right. The high chair is brightly coloured and of excellent quality. The price is good too. My son assures me that it was easy to assemble and if you are looking for a space saver then this is the high chair for you. It also easily turns into a desk and chair for when junior is ready to play with paints and playdoh. Recommended 5* seller.
