True to the posting description, the keyed ignition is plug and play on the electrical connector side. This saved some time and hassle with installation on the '94 M998A1. All-in-all I think it took me 30 minutes to install and confirm it worked. I will note that the hole for the existing lever switch has to be enlarged, easy task if you own a stepper bit and/or a dremel. Overall I am satisfied, but given the price I was slightly disappointed with the Key-to-Ignition Switch fitment. It can take a bit of fiddling with to insert the key sometimes if you don't hit the sweet spot. I would still recommend it though.

Installed ignition plastic retainer would not stay tight. The back of ignition switch is loose and only last about a week. Bought new one from Oreilly's for 29 buck metal ring and not a problem. Total wast of money....

Works just fine. You must have a meter to find out which plug goes where.. or guess . there are only 3 plugs. A must have if you want your HMMWV secure.

Made out of the cheapest possible material. & The nut is plastic! Fortunately after a little bit of use the key no longer gets stuck in it, but I would be surprised if it makes it 6 months before it fails.

Easy to install and looks great. Wiring diagram is easy to follow and it has a nice snap back when you start your vehicle.
