Really please with performance improvements
Whilst I have a TDI Tuning box for my van I was sceptical about having one for my MK1 225 TT that would reaps the gains stated V's getting a remap. Remap would have had the vehicle for up to a few hours, plenty of good and bad maps out there. Also to have confidence in a good map would have cost me £350+ and when the car is only worth 2k you have to weigh up the pro's and cons. I chatted with Bluespark who were very helpful. I decided at this price and with 28 days returns policy I would give this ago. Performance gains were noticeable straight away. The car has noticeably less turbo lag and is definitely quicker and pulls better through the entire rev range. The car when bought had a high air flow filter fitted and with the Bluespark unit you can really hear things working better. ... People who have been in the car noticed the difference with the unit connected and that was prior to me telling them that I'd installed it or even told them about it. The car is currently running the stock map, I'm not sure whether I want to go up but may try. Fuel economy has stabilised but it should be noted that the first tank with the unit fitted returned 40 miles less. Now its stabilised and I'm still driving the same. I'm returning around 33 mpg even when I am giving it some beans. Its easy to fit, took about 5 minutes and if I come to sell the car I know I can take it out and people can buy a near stock vehicle. Attaches to the boost pressure connector. For £125 V's £350 it may not be a proper remap but boy is a lot of fun. Very happy!

REMAP CHIP
EASY TO FIT, ALL YOU NEED IS A FLAT BLADE SCREWDRIVER TO GET ONE WIRING PLUG OFF AND REPLACE IT WITH THE BLUESPARK LOOM. ENOUGH CABLE TO MOUNT IN A SAFE AND DRY LOCATION UNDER THE BONNET. I CHECKED THE JUMPER PLUG SETTING ON MY CHIP BOX IT WAS SET TO 'C'. I GAVE IT A FEW WEEKS RUNNING ON THAT AND THEN SET IT TO 'D' AND ALL WAS OK. YOU WILL NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE STRAIGHTAWAY, LOTS MORE POWER (4500-6000 RPM) BUT LOTS OF MORE LOW RPM TORQUE. THIS DID NOT REDUCE MY FUEL CONSUMPTION MUCH EITHER WHICH WAS A BONUS. WISH MY TT WAS 4X4 AS IT SPINS THE WHEELS UP IN 3RD IN THE DAMP QUITE EASY SINCE THIS HAS BEEN FITTED. The improvement is hardly noticeable
The improvement is hardly noticeable maybe a couple of miles too the gallon better but I had it on a couple of weeks and the engine light started too come on the car got flat tbh if you clean the maf and boost sensor and clean the throttle body you will get more gain
