    Commercial quality mixer.

    With such a small foot print this little mixer is easy to move around and it's rugged design will please the most vigorous of sausage makers. It has quality heavy duty sealed bearings on both ends and the tig welds are surely NSF grade. It will do 15 lbs and mix it, but 10 lbs is easier to work with when unloading it. Can you mix and make 25-50 lbs of frozen sausage by hand? Yes you can but why would you want to? If you love to make sausage then the basics that you'll need are a good grinder, a dedicated stuffer a mixer and a vivid imagination. Hakka makes good stuff.

    If you buy one make sure you have something to raise it up so you can turn the handle all the way around. the one that was shipped to me has a couple of bent corners and like I said if you set it up the handle Hits the table top

    Great mixer!

    I just got done mixing up 150 lbs of deer with jalapeño and cheddar cheese. Mixer worked great! I just put all the ingredients on the mixing bowl about 20 lbs at a time and when I turned the handle it mixed all ingredients very well from top to bottom. I used to do this by hand but the mixer does a way better job and it’s faster. Great product I only wish I would of got a larger one.

    Best investment!!!

    If you make sausages or something else with ground meat, and you hate mixing by hand when you add condiments, than this is what you need. I made #130 sausages in one day before I posted this so you can believe me when I say it’s working. Advices: #15 loads works the best, don’t try more... I am not sure if I didn’t read all the specs but my (I call it mortar mixer :))) was set for a left hended person...you can change it for a right hand person if you reverse the axel and barring.
