    Fantastic Seller fast delivery and great tracking. I received the Scantronic 9448+ alarm panel and keyboard next day. No damage to packaging, on opening up the alarm panel, 3x transistors mounted below the 240vac mains transformer, were pushed out of place. One of the transistors was loose on the PCB, denoting either broken solder joint or damaged pcb tracks. Contacted seller and set pictures, Seller immediately offered Refund of monies and free shipping label to return faulty item.
