This item was advertised as having free postage. I selected and paid for next-day courier delivery at an additional cost of £9. The item arrived 8 days later by ordinary post. I have sent several messages over a period of weeks to the seller asking for the £9 to be refunded. They have not addressed the issue, admitted any fault, apologised or refunded my money. I will never use this seller again and do not recommend them.

I have used this Seller before. He sells the part I need for my gas fire. So I bought the same part again from him. I can't say much about the part itself its a part I need. but the service is Excellent! It said it would arrive within 3- 5 days. It arrived in 2 days which was brilliant.
