    Nice but not up to my expectations

    I expected more from Pyramid Plastics. First of all I’m not crazy about it mounting over the fender. My mistake thinking it mounted under the fender like every other extender I’ve purchased. Secondly it doesn’t fit tight against the fender like I believe it should. It’s close but not tight. They include some sort of lame push pins that you drill a few holes and push the pins into the holes to help secure. Lame, I used a heat gun to soften the plastic to mound it closer to the contour of the fender, it helped a bit. Overall the principal is there it just needs refined. I secured it with the included adhesive pads but in the end I used 3 aluminum type rivets and painted them black to make sure it stays put.
