    Poor fit, cheap clamps

    Silicone coupler from turbo to pcv fitting was too short to get the pcv coupler bolted back to it’s bracket. One clamp stripped while tightening with a nut driver by hand. There was a factory positive lead wiring harness on my 2002 that prevented a quick and easy install of the box assembly. This harness is not shown or mentioned in the instructions. This made it very difficult to make the battery connection. And the air box pinches this positive lead between it and the front core support. Totally not worth the money, and I can’t recommend it.

    Good quality. Easy install. Great filters from AFE.

    Very good quality intake. I had an AFE intake before and the filters work wonders. Dirt roads and still filtered out all of the dirt. Zero wear on my turbo. Bought this one because I like the dry filters. The air box seems to be good quality and mounts nice. I had to bend some brackets to get it to fit perfect but I’m sure that’s because my truck was hit years ago. Esther way easy install. Filter is relatively easy to remove and service in the future. I like the window in it to see if the filter is dirty. This was a better option than the banks one I was looking at going with.
