    Franchise

    I absolutely love the .hack// franchise, both the original and the G.U. trilogy. Having this game, the roots of MMOJRPG Simulation is amazing when I first played it. In all the games and anime, Bandai should've kept this game alive for console gaming and other things, even though it has some mobile games. The Original games and anime even Sword Art Online ain't got anything close on this franchise. I really hope Bandai and CC Corp make more future installments.

    Buy a Used PS2 to play this game on.

    My son wanted this and other games from this series for Christmas in 2015. Finding it was not hard. But then I found there were different additions depending on where in the world you live. After finding this North American edition, I then found it would not play on a PS4. Luckily, used PS2 consoles are very cheap. So I bought one for about the same price as this game.
