With TRV head removed the radiator remains hot constantly, and I've proved the pin in the elbow is operating correctly. Told the seller this and requested a new head, they expect me to remove the entire assembly on a currently working and filled heating system to send back to them for "testing" when I've comprehensively told them what the problem is.
