With TRV head removed the radiator remains hot constantly, and I've proved the pin in the elbow is operating correctly. Told the seller this and requested a new head, they expect me to remove the entire assembly on a currently working and filled heating system to send back to them for "testing" when I've comprehensively told them what the problem is. I got my refund promptly and they ensured that when I re-ordered again the item was correct and was dispatched really quickly. You can tell how good a company is by the way they deal with issues!

They ignored my first message to them and offered no real customer service in response to my second email.
