    Low carb, gluten free

    You can almost replace wheat flour with besan/chickpea/garbonzo bean flour. It works great for making gravy, cookies, not good for bread. You can make a very creamy humus out if it. If you are allergic to legumes/soy/peanuts, this may cause you to react.
