Hello, I think you are confused. The sign was sent as a small parcel via Royal Mail, which was bubbled wrapped and in a grey package - not a brown envelope. Cost for sending parcel was £1.15 which of course comes out of the overall price you paid. Please have a look as it maybe another item you have ordered from another seller.
