    Door latch operation

    Hi I don't doubt quality of handle however when attached to door the door knob does not operate the door latch correctly? Once you fasten to door via 4 screws the door knob is very stiff and latch cannot operate correctly and gets stuck. If you try to turn door knob and fixing plate by hand you can see problem. Rich

    Poor quality screws and thread.

    The thread and holding ring were of poor quality and the screws were of very poor quality and the heads were different sizes. Had to find my own screws.
