    The purchase went great. Unfortunately, the soup bowl arrived broken. The item looked to be well wrapped and packaged. It just did not survive the trip. I contacted the seller, sent him pictures and he immediately contacted me. He said he would apply for the insurance refund. I did not have to do anything but send him pictures.
