However, the vendor's lack of communication was unpleasant. I noticed that 7 days after I purchase the ring it had not been shipped, I emailed the vendor to find out when shipping would occur, I never received a response. It was 4 days after I emailed the vendor that I was preparing to ask for a refund when the item was shipped.

It could have been easily done frommy perspective as acceptance-shipping time suggests the ring was made "to order" as opposed to "in stock" as a ferusal of the store did not show any of these types of rigs in stock at the time.
