Accidentally sent the incorrect product upon contact/explanation of difficulty I would have with return, seller immediately sent out proper product (which I received within 3 days of contact) and arranged for incorrect product to be picked up and returned to them. All I had to do was place the package for pickup by USPS. I deeply appreciate the efforts of seller Thrilled! THNX SO MUCH

I am disappointed tho’ that my last message to them went unanswered. They ship fast which I appreciate but they do not pad the cases inside and there are always about 20-30 cases that are broken upon arrival. (I buy in lots of 200) the last two orders had a lot of broken cases. It would be helpful if they wrapped them in bubble wrap padding in the box. Also marking FRAGILE on the outside of the box would be helpful too.
