The hand warmers heat up quite quickly and get really warm, especially if they are in you pocket or gloves and not out in the cold weather, they seem to cool down if you just hold them in your hand out of a pocket but that doesn't bother me at all. Took them out the packet 8:15am this morning and still really warm 6:30pm so lasted all day inside my gloves that where in my pockets. 10/10 highly recommend!!
