Does what it says on the package!
This particular hole punch does exactly what it has been designed to do - and do it quickly and without difficulty or strain. However, one day, the manufacturers of these punches will realise that what is needed is a "Pricker" attached to the punch, to remove the bits trapped in the punch tube, as the smaller ones tend to block up so cannot work after two or three times, and it is necessary to find a small but strong whatever you've got to shove into the hole to clear it. Other than that little niggle, it is the best hole punch I have come across, and I make a lot of holes!This particular hole punch does exactly what it has been designed to do - and do it quickly and without difficulty or strain.
