I only needed one box so it was folded for delivery (ad. did mention this). The folding does compromise the integrity of the box a bit. Double-walled card construction but not especially heavy weight. I strengthened the bottom with more heavy card stuck on with PVA glue. Tape alone wouldn't be especially strong. I also strengthened and added two more (on the sides) hand holds - should do the job.
