Sorry but I suggest you consider changing your dispatch courier since clearly the fault was with them; unfortunately they let you down resulting in a failure to meet your stated arrival time , which of course can be a crucial factor for most plumbing items. In my case the item was delivered late when I was not then available (and left out in the rain).
