The item was shipped and tracking uploaded on 4/28. As of 5/20 the item is no where to be found and all charges were credited.

    Item arrived as if some packets had a hole and the powder spilled and crystallized all over the inside of the product bag. I contacted the seller to request a partial refund and nothing was done to rectify this. Don’t recommend purchasing from this seller and won’t in the future.

    I offered to accept a return of item. Buyer declined. I asked for pictures that show packets were opened so I could assess. Buyer received item factory sealed. Pictures do not show that anything was opened. . If returned to me, I could have returned to manufacturer. Again, buyer declined to return.
