The knobs look good fitted, but for the price took a lot of modifications to fit, they don't come with instructions so you need to follow a link to a video. The plastic adaptors are very strong which is good, but makes whittling them down to fit hard, they should already be the correct diameter to fit the knobs once modified to fit a transporter. I would recommend the parts, but feel they should already be modified. It should also be clear that you need to purchase glue separately.

Hi there - There is a bright red link to the instructions in the listing, on the instructions its really clear that you are buying the adapters, we simply supply the Golf MK4 dials with the purchase and you will need to purchase the glue to fit them. Its as clear as we can be on the listing, we even put the link in bold text... cheers for the feedback, we see what we can do to make even clearer... not sure how though!!

Absolutely shocking service, first I ordered it and they told me they don’t have any left and refunded me , then when they came back in stock they send it to the wrong address, when I asked them why it was marked as delivered but I hadn’t received it , they said it had been delivered somewhere on my road and suggested I go knock on everyone’s door asking if they’d seen it , completely amateur service 😡😡😡

Whilst we’ve spoken and I appreciate you’re annoyed, your parcel was sent to the correct address as we provided on the order and delivered to a neighbours house whilst you were working away, as we have also discussed. We did suggest you making contact as we showed that the item had been delivered when you were away to try and locate the box. The item was the first product you had bought from us after the change of business identity from pre Xmas. Sorry it didn’t go as 👌
