Now it’s 12 th of February and finally the seller provided me with the tracking number which I have checked on Royal Mail and it said that they are unable to check the order status! Provided me with an invalid tracking number! After 2 weeks still I didn’t receive my order!! It supposed to be 3-5 working days delivery and the seller didn’t even posted it after 2 weeks!

Description stated “3-5 Days Delivery” which is misleading. If the items aren’t in stop they should be listed as “available”. Messaged seller multiple times to be given a “5-10 working days dispatch” generic message - three weeks after placing the order I’m still waiting. Not a good experience, wish I’d bought from my local BMW dealer for the parts - probably cheaper and definitely quicker. I wont buy from this seller again.
