Poor firm to deal with. Contacted over a rug that was different colour to the one advertised.
Threaten to report me to eBay,
Sent four emails over 5 days without reply.
Asked what they were going to do about it, all I wanted was one the same colour, I didn’t get an offer to resolve the situation.
I now have two rugs in my lounge that were bought from the same picture advert that are totally different in colour.
I have wasted £74.95.
