These socks are described as Non Elastic Diabetic Socks Loose Soft Grip - they are not. I am currently removing the elastic from the welts in each pair of socks. Of course the threads may be elastane, which I believe is actually elastic, but the tops are definitely not Loose Grip, and left marks on my legs within 1 hour of putting the socks on. I do not have fat legs, so the problem is not with me. I would not buy these again.
