Scarifying the seed with a small metal file follwed by 48hrs soak in 23C water and incubated at 23C. Just about all have germinated after 10 days.

The canna seeds arrived next day and had a couple of extra seeds in the pack. L Clipped tip of seeds, soaked in warm water for 12 hours and put into seed starting mix in a tray on a heat mat set to 24.5°C - 3 days in and over 70% of the seeds have shoots emerging!! Really appreciated the free packs of seeds as an added extra. Will definitely be back for more. Very impressed.

It’s difficult to rate this at the moment. The item did arrive a little later than stated, but I think this was due to Royal Mail. There were 20 seeds in the packet which in hindsight were a little expensive, of which I think I’ve lost a few as they were very tiny. I planted them over a week ago and I’m still waiting for them to germinate.
