Much better than the cookies and cream option, it is a budget protein so taste is okay, mixes well if you have an electric mixing shaker, manually you'll need lots of water. But it doesn't make me want to throw up which the cookies and cream did. Strawberry flavour decent

If you have no taste buds or just simply want to get that extra bit of protein in then this is your product. It doesn't taste great, taste like cardboard to be honest. I add one scoop (30g) to 200ml of skimmed milk and down it in one gulp, I have two of these a day this is to bump up my protein on my Macros. Would I buy again... most likely yes because of the price and size of what you get, if money was no object then no I would not. I used to use PHD protein, but they were getting too expensive for regular everyday use:( I Was very sceptical about buying this product (serious protein) after reading some reviews, although the low price was so good and I’ve purchased🙈 I’m very happy I’ve done it!! The taste is good, but I always add some peanut butter or fresh fruits: berries, banana for extra flavour. Those proteins are also great for making pancakes, smoothies, milkshakes. My only wish is if they had it in banana flavour 🙏🏼 but hey, it they don’t, I’ll still purchase other flavours. Great Value Protein
I use 2.5 scoops per shake, providing approximately 50g protein. It will last just over a month, 1 shake a day. At this price you can buy creatine or similar seperately and add it in if you want.
