    New concept...impressed.

    The concept of an inbuilt steam generator took a little getting used to but that done I love the performance and vertical steam on demand is a very useful feature for many applications. The iron is on the weighty side, but used to that too now though couldn’t recommend it to my Mum with her arthritic wrists for example, other than that, loving it so far and would definitely recommend this iron to others (except my mum of course!)

    This item was advertised as new and has clearly been used!

    Very disappointed as I already have one of these irons which is only 4 months old I have been very happy with it. Unfortunately it got dropped and the tank has split. So Ineeded to replace it. I looked for the best price and found this one which was advertised as new! It clearly us not there are mineral deposits on the sole plate and a quite deep scratch I have had no response to my comments on this.

    Heats up quickly but needs refilling often

    Heats up quickly. Press button to steam press it again to turn off steam. Steam only lasts about 20 minutes from full. Build quality does not feel too good. This is my second iron, the last one fell off the ironing board and the case cracked, it still works though. Ceramic soleplate and attachment for hanging fabrics

    Cuts through all your ironing fast

    I have a property management company and when doing some of the pillowcases or curtains....this iron does a brilliant job. It makes pure cotton sheets seem as nothing. It does take a bit of getting use to but this has got to be the best iron I and the laundry staff have used.

    Heats up fast-get great ironing results-super steam preformance- garment steaming attachment is great-coed could be longer-overall great ceramic iron.

    I bought this as gift as I already have one. vibrates when steam is on and more so when water level gets low. Wipe clean after use Ceramic sole plate works very well on most garments, be careful not to have iron too high on certain fabrics though, or it catches on sole plate. Garment adapter is great for steaming curtains and on hanger garments. Only drawback is, cord could be longer. Overall it’s 5* product.
