    The item came in its original Mercedes box but had been previously opened. Examination revealed that it had been broken at some point and a repair had been tried but failed. I informed the seller who offered me a 50% reduction. When I said that, in its damaged state, it wouldn't work where it was intended to be fitted in the car, he immediately credited me with the full purchase price.     Good flaps let down by poor fittings.

    Front flaps fitted perfectly using the provided fittings. However these rear flaps didn't. The fitting kit was not as described in the provided fitting instructions - the two plastic push-in pins had been replaced with two metal screws (one long and one short) and a single nut. One screw could be used but the other couldn't as there is only one nut! Ended up having to re-use one of the old plastic pins that I had removed and the instructions had said to bin! Don't! If another nut had been provided then it would have been fine as you can access the inside to hold the nut in place. Finally, you cannot fit all three clips as only the lower two will fit (the top one wont go on as the legs are too long).
