    I've this once before in the 90s. Brand new right out of the box. That being said I'm well aware of this unit does. I waited for this package to come to the US from Japan for weeks. When it arrived it was very well packaged. I didn't have a means to test it at the time other than moving the knobs around. They were sticky and hard to move some I couldn't move at all. I finally tested the unit. It's two pound paper weight that lights. As a result I will no longer be using ebay for anything.
