    Great for cubicle work

    I can't stand office lighting. This happylight has helped quite a bit with eye strain and feeling drained in the afternoon. I turn it on, my eyes relax and I perk up a little bit. I have it sitting right next to my computer monitor. You would think having a bright light shining on your face would hinder reading the screen... but it actually balances out the light in my opinion. If you can find one at a decent price it is definitely worth trying for yourself!

    Verilux Happy Light

    The details are in the bulb! You want to buy one that you can replace with a new bulb if needed. The comfort lens is a nice feature too. Really helps with seasonal affective disorder (sad). The sad light makes you happy but you need to use it every day when you cannot be outdoors. It is also best to use it at least 8 hours or more before going to sleep and you need to have the light about 12 to 16 inches from your face. Do not stare into the light, have it either over or under your line of sight. I put mine lengthwise on a pillow in my lap and tilt it at an angle toward my face and hold it there while I watch tv for an hour. You may also want to take a high potency B vitamin complex in the morning with a meal. Nature's Way B-100 complex is a great value and has the ingredients that are ...

    HAPPY GO LUCKY LIGHT

    I purchased the VERILUX HAPPY LIGHT. I use it everyday. It's built really well so it is well worth the money. Mine is on my desk pretty close to me. I've never gotten any headaches or bad reactions for being on my desk. I'm not condoning this, everyone is different, just speaking for myself. It lights up the whole room. I do feel the light has had a positive on me. It's worth the cost, it's not expensive. Give it a try. You may be very happy that you did.

    The shipping company needs to handle things a little better but the product is good.
