Shipping and Handling
 
Delivery Schedule We will check, package and ship your order within 1 working day and you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days. Please note that 24 hour service is working days. Orders placed on Fridays may not arrive until Monday/Tuesday
 
Orders placed after 5pm WILL NOT be acknowledged until the next working day excluding bank holidays. They will then be packed and shipped as per above.
 
24 hour orders placed after 5pm WILL NOT be acknowledged until the next working day and therefore will not be shipped out until the next day. If you require 24 hour delivery please place your order prior to 5pm Mon-Fri.
 
Although we offer a Next Day delivery for everything this is not a 100% Guarantee that your order will be delivered next day, we always dispatch on time but couriers don't always deliver! We have no control over couriers no more than you do if you post a letter.
 
You must inform us within three working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
 
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

    It's a waste of money!

    I bought it to get rid of the silverfish, unfortunately it does not work. It's a waste of money! I caught 2 silverfish in the shower tray in the bathroom and sprinkled with this powder, after 2 days nothing happened - they are still doing well! :(
