    We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The issue occurred because the buyer arranged their own return and used an incorrect address instead of the eBay return label. As a result, the parcel was never delivered to us. eBay reviewed the case and resolved it. We always recommend using eBay’s return process to avoid such issues
