    Ordered 5 heat bulbs. Seller broke one during packing the order, reached out and offered a refund for the one broken bulb and I accepted. Yet received no refund. Yesterday the package with the remaining bulbs arrived. Just a few measly wisps of used bubble wrap between the light bulbs. Among the shattered glass, 2 of the bulbs actually made it. Tried reaching out to seller and no response for over 24 hours now. Extremely frustrating experience. Paid for 5 items and have 2 to show for it.

    WRONG. You got 2 FREE bulbs. You contacted over the weekend. We do not respond on Sundays. You are wildly overreacting to an $8 item. 2 of 4 bulbs were damage in shippment.
