    Done perfect for me.

    Only used two so far but the first results were good despite the set back . But had to laugh at my inability to draw all the air out of the bag ,so had to use a weight to hold the bird down .When the water got hot the weight slipped off and made a small hole in the bag so water got in . Five hrs later I held the bag and the water drained out , then as I lifted the bag to one side it split and the bird shot onto the floor in my work shop where it's a bit rough , in my haste to pick the bird up the leg came off leaving the body where it was . My wife washed it off with boiling water then popped it in the oven to crisp the skin . The old drake was as soft as silk , over joyed with the results . "My learning curve " No trouble second time , magic .

    Works well. Keeps oven clean. Whether there good value is debatable and don't know the largest size bird that will go in but large chicken fits with plenty to spare

    Great, moist turkey!

    Ordered this only a couple of days before Christmas but it arrived in time. So easy to use and amply big enough for our 6kg turkey. Just slipped it inside with a little seasoning, flour and some homemade stuffing and roasted for 3 hours. Result was beautifully moist, tender turkey with some glorious gravy in the bag. Perfect!
