Not great quality - case is very thick with the extra dragon image sewn on, and the hard case doesn’t go all right round the phone, so the protection isn’t great. The image itself is super though

We are sorry that you were not 100% happy with your purchase. The image is not sewn onto the case, the front panel is part of the case and we use a sublimation printing technique to print the design onto the front of the case permanently. It also clearly states in the listing "Each back cover has custom apertures and slots to allow full functionality of your phone and does not wrap over the top and bottom of the case" None Personlaised items can be returned but again we were not contacted.

I didn't word my earlier feedback properly - apologies. Donna has been in touch and offered a refund which is great. I ought to have said that the case is thicker than I expected, as the front and rear panels are made of two layers each, stitched together. I retain my comment that the hard case doesn't go all round the phone - rather than having apertures at the bottom, the hard case doesn't cover the top or bottom of the phone. I hope this is a clearer and fairer reflection of the case.
