We have images to prove what you have done and uploaded to ebay returns. You bought this item in error and then were moaning because your phone was in your pocket when you ordered! Then instead of just returning it, you open it up, remove the outer bag, send it back missing the screwdriver and with the label stuck to the box. We have to be able to send these out as new items hence why they are bagged when sent out. Will report you to ebay.
