Minor cosmetic imperfections - a few drive trays were bent and had to be bent back into place with a pair of pliers. Took less than 10 seconds on any drive tray that was afflicted, this did not impact the operation of the NetApp. A 24 bay sas shelf with all the trays was a good buy at this price.

I went downstairs and was SHOCKED to see it sitting there, waiting to be unboxed. Amazon hadn't even delivered the necessary screws and cables for me to get everything up and running with it (something that won't be happening until tomorrow). Thanks for always being a bad arse seller! Always look forward to when I get to buy more cool stuff from ya!
