    This is a great product and is suitable for Playstation 3

    If you have a need for a faster drive, such as required by your PS3 or Laptop but can't afford a top range solid state hard drive then you may consider the cheaper alternative of a solid state hybrid drive. I myself longed for a 1Tb hard drive in my Playstation 3 but because Sony opted to use the slower FAT32 filing system, this became an unviable option as the load times even on a 500Gb hard drive can drag on into a test of patience. The 1Tb Hybrid drive however loads up at around 3 times faster than a 7200rpm in most cases and fits the bill with little or no detractors. Highly recommended !
