Great little cushion!
I love this product! It is very comfortable on your back and neck. A great feature on the Medsiana is the hand control, It is on a separate lead so that you can have it next to you and switch it on and off easily. Others I have you have to press the control on the cushion itself.

Pros and cons
This gives a good deep massage but! Bear in mind it stays in one spot and I’d had enough of it fairly quickly. Too forceful for any bony bits but a folded towel over the top can make it less intense.
