    SAM-e - ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT

    After suffering with depression for several years and taking prescription medication, I can honestly say, SAM-e is a life saver. I heard of these from a friend and thought I would give them ago. I stopped taking my prescription and felt absolutely great after only 2 days. I have told my GP and no longer take prescribed medication.     Not 400mg

    It's 50 mg each capsule. It's not good value for money because you need 8 capsule to get 400 mg. But it works if you take 4 capsules
