Seller messaged me saying they buy the item from a distributor in Korea and don't actually have it on hand, so the item in the pictures is not actually what you're buying and there wasn't only 1 left. They also told me the item is no longer in production, and they need to cancel the order. Well they still haven't canceled the order, and haven't responded to my replies, so I have to open a case with eBay to get my money back I guess.

I'm sorry that there was no stock at that time because it's 2018 years listing. also distributor closed as i said However, you complained about the stock for two days, so I finally bought it from other retails in 2days and sent it to you, but suddenly you said it doesn't need anymore and complained about a refund for two days. so finally refunded. i'm trying to my best to meet buyers satisfaction. please Don't underestimate someone's efforts

First of all - you didn't refund anything, eBay did. You wouldn't reply until I left negative feedback since you needed to cancel and then never canceled, eBay had to step in and refund me. Why? You threatened to hold my money hostage unless I removed the truthful feedback. Secondly, complained? No, I asked you to cancel the order that YOU said you needed to cancel since it's no longer in production, but suddenly you found and shipped it all in the same day with a 2 month delivery window. FRAUD!
