Sadly this has been a very bad experience. The buyer lists this as fitting an ADEC 1040 Chair. Once it arrived our technician said it was the wrong part and would not fit. We talked to ADEC (the manufacturer) who also said this won't work on a 1040 chair (as listed). The seller said it would, even though I explained the above and sent photos and videos. He then closed the order and won't respond. If he was acting in good faith, I'd expect some help or communication! Now it's a $400 paperweight:(
