Suggestion: should you maintain contact to the manufacturer, you could ask him to make some with a sewn and foldable, stabilized heel cap and a thin glued rubber sole - just for middle European customers who would also like to wear them on the streets in a hot but rainy summer. I definitely wanted a black pair and assumed these would be the same as all the other pairs I ordered. However, I didn't realise that this pair has a hard leather sole with a very small heel and they are less comfortable and very slippy to wear in the house. So I'm a little disappointed but I'm not sure if it wasn't made clear enough, or if I wasn't paying enough attention...? Will still buy again from this seller
